Location and imports
Our fulfilment is coordinated from New Zealand. If you receive goods abroad, local customs, taxes, or product rules may apply. Mention your country when you contact us so we can explain return shipping options that match your situation.
Right of withdrawal
If mandatory consumer laws grant you a cooling-off period for distance sales, you may cancel within that period provided seals are intact and the product is unused. Food supplements with broken hygiene seals may not be returnable for safety reasons.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Inspect parcels on arrival. Report damage or wrong items within seven days using the contact details in the Privacy Policy. We may request photographs to arrange replacement or refund.
Refund method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Banks may need several business days to post credits.
